Step 1
Make slits into the chicken pieces on each side. Mix lemon juice, food color, garlic paste, oil and RUH Tandoori Chicken BBQ Mix in a bowl to make the marinade. Rub it generously all over the meat. Set aside for 30 mins.
Step 2
Apply beaten yougurt, mix and set a side for 3+ hrs.
Step 3
Bake in a preheated oven, (180°C) for 25 mins. Apply oil / ghee on chicken and place the tray under high heat setting of grill until lightly brown or barbeque on charcoal. Alternatively cook the chicken in a greased heavy based pan on low heat until tender. Turn the flame medium high and cook while flipping the chicken pieces until water evaporates. Serve hot with chapati, Green Chutney / BBQ Sauce and salad
