Heat the oil, fry onions until golden brown, take out and spread on paper then crush. In the same oil add meat, ginger paste and garlic paste, stir frequently on medium heat till the water dries. Add RUH Korma Curry Mix and yogurt. Cover and cook on low heat for 20-30 mins

Add 2 cups of water for mutton/beef or (1 cup for chicken) and cook on low heat until the meat is tender. Stir-in crushed onions and simmer for 5 mins until oil separates from the gravy.

Garnish with ginger julienne and serve hot with naan/roti
