INGREDIENTS
Step 1
Mix 2 tablespoons of RUH Achar Gosht Curry Mix with lemon juice and fill the green chilies. Mix remaining masala, ginger paste and garlic paste in yougurt and marinate meat in it for 30 mins. Cook marinade in oil for 20-30 mins. Add 2-3 cups of water or (1 cup in case of Chicken). Cook on low heat until the meat is tenderized.
Step 2
Add tomatoes and cook till all the water dries. Add stuffed green chilies and cover until the oil separates from gravy. Serve hot with roti/naan
